Important updates to Monitor's safeguarding categories - now live

Monitor’s updated safeguarding categories are now live for ALL Monitor customers. These changes are designed to make risks easier to identify, prioritise and report - particularly high-risk areas such as suicide, school violence, racism and hate speech, and CSAM/CSEA. You’ll see some new and renamed categories in your Monitor dashboard. We recommend taking a quick look at your Alerting Profiles to make sure they reflect how you want the new alert categories to be managed.
