We’ve recently added five new content mods to Linewize Filter, giving schools greater control over potentially distracting or unsuitable content within popular search engines and streaming platforms
New content mods now available include:
- ITV Player: Parental Guidance Lock
- BBC iPlayer: Parental Guidance Lock
- Removal of YouTube videos from Google Search results
- Removal of Lyrics from Google Search results
- Removal of Sponsored Ads from Bing Search
Easier Co-Parent Setup in Qustodio

We’ve introduced a small but helpful improvement to the Qustodio parent onboarding experience.
Parents setting up through qustodio.com/my-school can now invite a co-parent or second caregiver during the initial setup process, making it easier for families to manage their child’s school device together from the beginning.
This update helps simplify family account management, reduces the need for duplicate accounts, and creates a smoother, more collaborative experience for parents and caregivers.
NEW Claim Student feature coming soon!
Classwize
In late May, we’re releasing Claim Student, a new feature designed from teacher feedback.
Today, students can be active in multiple classes, which can cause conflicting rules, unintended blocks, and extra IT support tickets.
Claim Student ensures each student is only managed by one Classwize class at a time, helping reduce conflicts and simplify support.
NEW Academy Learning Update: Picture-in-Picture Video Player
Classwize
Academy now includes a new Picture-in-Picture (PiP) video player, allowing users to pop out training videos into a floating window while working in Classwize or Monitor.
The result is a smoother learning experience that supports side-by-side training, reduces rewatching, and helps users apply features in real time with less disruption.
Qoria Android Filter v1.5.0 Update

We’ve rolled out version 1.5.0 of the Qoria Android Filter for tablets and Chromebooks.
This update will install automatically for most schools, or can be pushed manually via your MDM if preferred.
- SafeSearch now applies across Google, Bing, YouTube, and Yahoo
- Updated built-in blocklist for improved protection
- General bug fixes and performance improvements
As always, these updates are designed to keep your students safer online with minimal disruption.
